This item ships via LTL freight. Shipping to a commercial business address with a loading dock is a flat rate of $199. Residential delivery is available for an additional $99 due to freight carrier residential delivery fees. Please note that freight carriers classify houses, apartments, and any other locations where people reside as residential addresses.
