Fulfillment Terms

"In Stock" items generally ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Expedited shipping will ensure package ships within 24 hours (week days only), providing everything is in stock. Drop Ship items are subject to manufacturer's lead times. Orders with back order or out of stock items will ship when everything is in stock.

Shipments to the Contiguous 48 US States

Orders over $199 qualify for economy shipping if shipping to the contiguous 48 US States. We will choose the most economical way to ship your order. If you require a specific carrier for your order, you will need to choose and pay for that option at checkout. Additional insurance or freight charges may be added if specified upon purchase.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.

Hazardous Items

Items designated as hazardous, such as paints and chemicals, may only be shipped via ground shipping to the contiguous 48 US states. Hazardous items will be identified on the part description page.

Lost, Undeliverable, Wrong & Damaged Items

Once a package is picked up by the carrier, Cruiser Corps no longer maintains liability for the shipment. Delays and/or lost packages are the responsibility of the carrier.

Undeliverable/Returned to sender shipments will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.

For damaged or mistakenly shipped items let us know within 48 hours of delivery if any goods arrive damaged, mislabeled or improperly shipped. We will do our best to resolve the situation, but just need some help from you. Please keep all original shipping containers and packaging and take pictures.

Damaged Goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier. We will assist our customers in these claims. Failure to photograph and keep all packaging materials for inspection will, in most cases, disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.

Lost or damaged shipment claims are filed with the carrier and subject to their investigation and timeline. We will work with both parties as much as we can to find a resolution.

We have no problem shipping to freight forwarders in the US. If your package is shipped to a freight forwarder any damages and/or missing items must be noted by them before the package leaves their facility to be eligible for claims.

Order Acceptance, Pricing, and Product Information Errors

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Cruiser Corps. An automated order confirmation confirms that we received your order but does not constitute final acceptance of the order or a guarantee that the products will be fulfilled.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. Cruiser Corps reserves the right to correct any pricing, product information, availability, or promotional error and to refuse or cancel any affected order before shipment, including after an order confirmation has been issued or payment has been authorized or collected.

If an order is canceled because of a pricing or product information error, any amount collected will be refunded to the original payment method. No cancellation or restocking fee will be charged when Cruiser Corps cancels an order because of such an error.

When appropriate, Cruiser Corps may contact the customer and offer the option to purchase the affected product at the correct price.

Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an unfulfilled order within 72 hours of placing the order. Due to payment processing costs, a cancellation fee of up to 5% may apply to cancellations requested by the customer.

Drop shipped and special order items cannot be canceled once processing has begun with the manufacturer or supplier.

Customer cancellation fees do not apply when Cruiser Corps cancels an order because of a pricing, product information, inventory, or website error.
