Hassle Free 30 Day Returns

Cruiser Corps offers a 30 day return policy. Unless the European Union rules below apply, you must request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your item.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order or individual item before it has been fulfilled.

Request an Order Cancellation

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel the order. The cancellation is complete only after Cruiser Corps confirms it.

We will make reasonable efforts to stop fulfillment. If the order has already been fulfilled, shipped, or can no longer be stopped, the order must be handled under the applicable return terms below.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

Standard Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In the same condition in which it was received

  • Complete with all included components, hardware, manuals, and accessories

  • Returned with the original barcode label and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns are not accepted under our standard return policy for:

  • Products sold as used

  • Installed or used products

  • Special order products

  • Discounted, sale, clearance, or final sale products

  • Products that have been drilled, cut, painted, welded, programmed, modified, or otherwise altered

  • Products damaged by improper handling, installation, use, or insufficient return packaging

These exclusions do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights for defective or nonconforming products and the European Union rights described below.

If the return is approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions.

Include the RMA number with your return. Products sent back without first receiving return authorization may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.

Mechanical and Electrical Parts

Mechanical and electrical parts must be uninstalled and unused to qualify for a standard change of mind return.

If a mechanical or electrical part is claimed to be defective, it must be returned to Cruiser Corps or another authorized location for inspection.

Cruiser Corps will honor applicable manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranty terms do not limit any statutory rights that apply to the purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Contact Cruiser Corps as soon as possible if:

  • The product was damaged during shipment

  • You received the wrong product

  • Parts or components are missing

  • The product is defective

  • The product does not match its description

Do not install a visibly damaged or incorrect product.

Cruiser Corps may request photographs, video, diagnostic information, or return of the product for inspection.

If Cruiser Corps confirms that the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the order, Cruiser Corps will provide the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping when required.

Refunds for Returns Within 30 Days

If an eligible item is returned within 30 days after you received it and meets the requirements of this policy, the approved product value will be refunded to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, duties, brokerage charges, and return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Cruiser Corps or applicable law requires otherwise.

Drop Ship Returns

Drop ship products may be returned when approved, but they are eligible for store credit only and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

This drop ship restriction does not apply to:

  • A valid European Union statutory withdrawal submitted within the applicable 14 day period

  • Products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise do not conform to the order

  • Situations in which applicable law requires a different remedy

Returns After 30 Days

Approved returns made more than 30 days after delivery but no more than 90 days after delivery will be issued as store credit.

Returns made after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Store credit may be used toward an eligible online purchase from Cruiser Corps.

The product must otherwise meet the eligibility and condition requirements of this policy.

Cruiser Corps does not accept standard change of mind returns or issue standard return refunds more than 90 days after delivery.

This 90 day limitation does not replace applicable manufacturer warranties or statutory rights relating to defective or nonconforming products.

Undeliverable and Return to Sender Shipments

Orders returned to Cruiser Corps because they were undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, or addressed incorrectly by the customer will be refunded after the shipment is received and inspected.

Unless the return resulted from an error by Cruiser Corps or applicable law requires otherwise:

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable

  • Carrier return charges may be deducted from the refund

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted

A 20% restocking fee will not be applied when it would conflict with a valid European Union statutory withdrawal or another right that cannot legally be excluded.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying their own return shipping for standard change of mind returns.

Cruiser Corps does not provide a complimentary return label for a standard change of mind return unless Cruiser Corps expressly agrees otherwise.

Please retain the return tracking number. Cruiser Corps is not responsible for packages lost before they are delivered to our return facility.

Packages shipped Cash on Delivery will be rejected.

International returns should be marked as “Merchandise Return” where appropriate. Customers are responsible for accurately completing all required customs documents.

Customers are responsible for securely packing all returned items. Products damaged because of insufficient return packaging may receive a reduced refund or may be denied a refund when permitted by applicable law.

Refund Processing

Cruiser Corps will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return.

If the return is approved, the applicable refund or store credit will generally be issued within 10 business days after approval.

It may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post a refund.

Contact contact@cruisercorps.com if more than 15 business days have passed since Cruiser Corps confirmed that your refund was issued.

European Union 14 Day Right of Withdrawal

This section applies to consumers in the European Union and takes priority over any conflicting provision elsewhere in this policy during the applicable statutory withdrawal period.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from an eligible online purchase for any reason and without providing justification.

You must communicate your decision to withdraw within 14 calendar days after you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the merchandise.

When an order is delivered in multiple shipments, lots, or pieces, the withdrawal period begins after the final shipment, lot, or piece is delivered.

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • The products affected

  • Your decision to withdraw from the purchase

A request submitted before the 14 day period expires is timely even if Cruiser Corps reviews or approves it later.

After receiving the withdrawal request, Cruiser Corps will provide confirmation and any necessary ShipHero return authorization or return instructions.

You do not need to submit a second independent request through ShipHero.

Returning Products After an EU Withdrawal

After notifying Cruiser Corps of your withdrawal, you must send the affected products back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after submitting the withdrawal notice.

The return deadline is met when you send the products before the 14 day return period expires.

EU Return Shipping Costs

For an ordinary change of mind withdrawal, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of returning the products.

Cruiser Corps will pay or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs when the merchandise is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the order.

Oversized and freight products may have substantial international return costs. Any estimated return costs required by applicable law will be disclosed before purchase.

EU Refunds

For an eligible statutory withdrawal, Cruiser Corps will refund the amount paid for the returned products to the original payment method.

When the entire order is withdrawn, Cruiser Corps will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered for the order.

Additional amounts paid for expedited, express, premium, or another delivery option more expensive than the least expensive standard option are not refundable.

Cruiser Corps will not charge a restocking fee for a valid statutory withdrawal.

Drop ship products will not be limited to store credit during a valid statutory withdrawal. The required refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Cruiser Corps will issue the required refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving notice of the withdrawal.

Cruiser Corps may withhold the refund until the returned products are received or until the customer provides evidence that the products were sent back, whichever occurs first.

EU Product Condition

The customer may inspect a product to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and operation.

The customer may be responsible for an objectively justified reduction in value caused by handling, installation, use, damage, contamination, modification, or missing components beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Missing or damaged packaging, labels, or documentation does not automatically eliminate the statutory withdrawal right. However, any resulting reduction in the product’s value may be considered when calculating the refund.

Cruiser Corps will not apply an automatic percentage restocking fee to a valid statutory withdrawal.

EU Exceptions

The statutory withdrawal right may not apply to products that are:

  • Manufactured according to the customer’s individual specifications

  • Clearly personalized

  • Liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

  • Inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

  • Otherwise specifically exempt under applicable law

Labeling a product as “special order” or “made to order” does not by itself establish that the product is exempt.

A standard product selected from ordinary catalog options is not automatically custom or personalized merely because it is manufactured or ordered after the customer places the order.

A product is not automatically excluded from the statutory withdrawal right merely because it is:

  • Discounted or on sale

  • Drop shipped

  • A mechanical or electrical part

  • Not normally stocked by Cruiser Corps

These exceptions do not limit the customer’s separate rights when merchandise is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the order.

European Union Returns After the First 14 Days

After the statutory 14 day withdrawal period expires, customers may still request a return within Cruiser Corps’ voluntary 30 day return period.

Returns requested after the statutory withdrawal period are governed by the standard terms of this policy, including:

  • Product condition and eligibility requirements

  • The exclusion for discounted and sale products

  • The exclusion for standard special order products

  • The store credit and 20% restocking fee rule for drop ship products

  • Customer responsibility for return shipping

A withdrawal validly submitted during the statutory 14 day period remains governed by the European Union withdrawal terms even if the product is physically returned after that period.
