Used OEM Toyota spare tire carrier cross member. Good shape. Comes with cross member and chain crank. The chain mechanism usually has problems over time so this one may need taken apart for cleaning, but as is, it does rotate and move pretty easily. Fits FJ60 and FJ62 8/1980-1/1990.
