You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns are not accepted for used, installed, special order parts, discounted, or sale items.
Request an RMA from Cruiser Corps and include the RMA number with your return.
Your returned item must have the original barcode label and packaging.
Mechanical and electrical parts must be uninstalled and unused. If a part is defective it must be returned to Cruiser Corps for inspection. Cruiser Corps will honor the manufacturer’s warranty on the item.
Cruiser Corps does not accept returns or refunds after 90 days from the date you received the items.
Drop ship orders are accepted for returns but are only eligible for store credit with a 20% restocking fee.
If your item is returned within 30 days from the date you received it and meet the above criteria you will receive a full refund for the items returned. This refund is issued back to your original payment method.
If your item is returned after 30 days from the date you received it, you will be issued a refund via Cruiser Cash. Cruiser Cash is in-store credit that can be used on any online purchase. Returns after 30 days will be charged an 20% restocking fee.
Undeliverable/Returned to sender shipments will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Please retain your return tracking number. Cruiser Corps is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.
Packages shipped COD will be rejected. International returns should be marked as “Merchandise Return.”
Customer is responsible for securely packing all returned items. Items that are damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
